Truckers Club Africa - Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the Community Assistance services provided by Trucker's Club Africa ("the Club," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Member," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Community Assistance features, services, and benefits offered by Trucker's Club Africa.   • Be a registered member of Trucker's Club Africa.

3. Community Assistance Services

The Club provides the following Community Assistance services:

  • Repair & Maintenance Support: Connections to local mechanics and repair services.

  • Fuel Discounts: Exclusive offers and discounts on fuel and other trucking-related services.

  • Networking & Peer Support: Opportunities to connect with other truckers for advice, shared resources, and peer-to-peer assistance.

  • Road Condition & Safety Alerts: Real-time updates on road conditions, traffic, and safety issues.

  • Job Opportunities: Access to job listings or contracts in the trucking industry.

  • Insurance Plans: Access to affordable insurance plans supplied by our partners across the continent.

The Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these services at any time without prior notice.

4. Use of Community Assistance Services

As a member, you agree to:

  • Use the Community Assistance services only for lawful and legitimate purposes related to the trucking industry.

  • Respect the community by engaging in a positive, constructive, and professional manner.

  • Refrain from using the services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that all interactions, transactions, and agreements made through the Community Assistance services comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Service: While Trucker's Club Africa strives to offer valuable resources and connections, we do not guarantee that the Community Assistance services will always be available or meet your specific needs. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Liability for Third-Party Services: Trucker's Club Africa may connect you to third-party service providers, such as mechanics, fuel suppliers, or roadside assistance companies. The Club is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or safety of these third-party services. Any transactions or agreements you enter into with these third parties are between you and the third party.

Emergency Services: Trucker's Club Africa does not directly provide emergency services, and we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during emergencies. We act solely as an intermediary to help you connect with appropriate service providers.

6. Member Conduct

You agree to:

  • Respect the Community: Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discriminatory language, or any form of inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting assistance or participating in the community.

  • No Spamming or Solicitation: You are prohibited from using the platform for unsolicited marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership in Trucker's Club Africa, at our discretion.
